As Challenge 4 Change is a charity, working with us not only provides training at an affordable cost but it also helps to fill CSR requirements.
Team training allows people to learn valuable skills and overcome their fears while having fun at the same time.
Any and all activities will be tailored to suit your requirements, high or low, fun activities or mentally challenging tasks are all within
our scope and we are always willing to incorporate your requests to make sure the session performs exactly as you want it to.
Please discuss your requirements with a member of staff when booking your session.
We know and understand that some members of staff or group members will not be comfortable with heights but we encourage delegates to
step outside their comfort zone and try new experiences.
When block booking sessions if you do not have a proposed date for all the sessions they can be banked and booked in as and when convenient for you.
A brief overview of our pricing is outlined below however, these figures can be flexible dependant on our ability to secure additional funding
from external bodies etc. Please call to discuss your exact requirements.

The course bundle would be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so there is no requirement to cram the sessions in to a short space of time.
Prices for group sizes or durations outside those shown available on request, Eg. Some groups have done a 1½ hour session, others a full day.
Sessions may be further discounted for groups where there is funding available for them.
Additionally, we work in conjunction with The Bistro at Warren Bruce Court to provide breakfast and lunch buffets for your delegates - you can
download their buffet menu here. Menu’s can be tailored to suit your group requirements and if there
is anything you need which does not appear on the menu we will do our best to get this for you too. For your convenience, your buffet can be booked
through Challenge 4 Change when booking your session and Challenge 4 Change makes no additional charge for arranging this on your behalf.
As a charity Challenge 4 Change aims to help those members of our society most in need. We understand for many Community, Charity and
School groups funding can be extremely difficult and in recognition of this we offer a two tier pricing policy.
We sell our Corporate sessions at a slight premium, however, we are conscious this pricing is still well below the cost a corporate
team may expect to pay for a similar session at a similar facility offering comparable services. We feel our pricing policy is extremely
competitive and above all fair.
Any profit made on corporate sessions is utilised to facilitate lower cost sessions for Community, Charity and School groups.
Our corporate clients understand this and see this as fulfilling part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by helping
to "give back" to the community and those in a less advantageous position.
