"I have to admit that at first I was quite nervous about what was ahead. I'm not a physically fit man and so I had to think a lot more about how I would tackle each obstacle.

"I noticed just how much of a team we became. We all began encouraging each other and helping each other out and that really made a difference. This was especially true on the 34 foot climbing pole as I've always been scared of heights and the thought of climbing this pole scared the hell out of me.

"However, there is something about the place that makes you give it a go and I challenged myself and stepped out of my comfort zone. So I gave it a go and before I knew it I was all the way to the top. When I got down all my teammates said well done and I have to admit I felt really good about doing it. I knew I had made an effort and been rewarded for it and the reward was knowing what I could do if I really put my mind to it – Thanks!"
